Brian is the Music Supervisor for NFL Network, supervising and coordinating music content for assigned NLFN television shows and NFLMedia content
Eric wears multiple hats in the industry. He's the music supervisor at Activision Blizzard, working on games such as Call of Duty, Destiny, and Guitar Hero. He is a published arranger, a composer, and a regularly gigging drummer playing in multiple groups that perform all around the Los Angeles area.
Janet Wade has been a professional in the Music and Entertainment Industry for over 30 years, with expertise in the specialty area of Music Clearance and Synchronization Licensing rights for television and media production since 1990.
Janet currently works for Turner in Atlanta, Georgia, where she negotiates licensed music deals for the promotions and marketing campaigns for Turner’s entertainment networks including TNT, TBS, TCM, TruTV, Cartoon Network, Turner Sports and Bleacher Report, as well as oversees the clearance of rights and licensing of music for some of the series on the TBS and TruTV networks, Internet programs on Bleacher Report and sports broadcasts under Turner Sports, including NBA Playoffs, NBA All Star, NCAA March Madness, Major League Baseball Postseason and E-Sports. The music rights she negotiates are for television, theatrical trailers, radio, Internet, and social networking sites, special live marketing promotions, press kits and in-store promotions, plus special live events.
Prior to working in television, Janet started her music career working at the Capitol Records Tower in Hollywood in the Special Markets Division.

Syncing music to film has been a lifelong passion going back to his formative years spent in Clearwater, Florida creating music videos for the high school’s news program. After attending Florida State University and majoring in Communications & Media Production, he spent 7 years working for CNN in Atlanta, NYC & California. During this time, he wrote a theme song for the show “Nancy Grace”. He is a proud member of the Guild of Music Supervisors.

Brooklyn native, Gissel Alvarez is a multimedia professional who is currently a Social Media Strategist/ContentProducer at BET Networks. She creates social content for linear shows, talent visits, award shows, and content plans for 'I'll Apologize Later' and 'Excess with Pio', to name a few. Her passions lie within music and digital media. She is currently a Masters of Science candidate at The New School.
Lois is currently working as a Music Editor for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in
conjunction with Showtime on the show “Our Cartoon President” – a comedic animated series
based on the day to day truish adventures of Trump, his confidants and his family. Lois lives in
Yonkers, New York.
Lois has an extensive background in audio production for both live and studio sound. She works
with writers and talent through each phase of production including script-distribution, dialogue
recording and editing, music-records, searches and editing, and mix and distribution, to make
each TV episode or project flow smoothly. As a music editor, she complies music which are
used throughout the episodes alongside original compositions. She is an accomplished choral
director and plays hand bells, piano and clarinet. She enjoys Pilates, baking French pastries and listening to Yanni.
Lois holds a bachelor of Science degree in Biologic with a minor in music.
Divinity Roxx has earned the reputation as irrefutable front woman of her own genre-bursting, honest, and compelling musical journey. Her career as a bass-player skyrocketed after attending a bass camp led by the legendary Victor Wooten where she was invited to tour with him merely three months after the camp. After touring with Victor for 5 years, she auditioned for Beyoncé and became the bass
player and and assistant Musical Director. Divinity has appeared on countless television shows including: The Grammy’s, Saturday Night Live, Good Morning America with personal highlights including a special performance at The White House for President Barack Obama.
Her 2016 release ‘ImPossible’ received critical acclaim and earned her an Independent Music Award for
‘Best Spoken Word Album’, further highlighting the depth of her lyrical ability.
Dev T. Smith is a storyteller who stretches his pallet from thought provoking journalism to directing & producing original content. His gift for painting pictures through a mixed-media approach has made for a burgeoning career narrating the life & times of creative thinkers reshaping industries. Dev has crafted digital and television content for brands like Yahoo, eBay Enterprise, Magento, Fuse TV, REVOLT TV, and UnitedMasters. Jennifer Smith is a Los Angeles based music supervisor who has worked in the film / TV industry for over a decade. She started her career being part of the music team for major network shows such as Dancing With The Stars, America’s Best Dance Crew, The Ellen Show, and the comic book cult film “Bad Kids Go To Hell”. Her love of music and the burgeoning media landscape guided her to join the Kobalt Music synchronization team. At Kobalt, she collaborated with music supervisors helping them find music for their projects, negotiated rights for Kobalt’s catalog and artists, and worked closely with songwriters and artists on the Kobalt roster. Her time at Kobalt gave her full-circle experience in the synchronization world, dealing with all stakeholders in the creative process including record labels, songwriters, publishers, musicians, managers and marketing teams. After 7 years at Kobalt, she went back to her first love of music for content. She joined ABC’s music team on American Idol Season 1. She quickly branched out by launching her own company, “Rat Dance Party”, that provides a collaborative, holistic music solution for production teams to achieve their creative sound vision. Rat Dance Party also has an educational / consulting branch for songwriters, artists, managers, small publishers, and sync pitching companies who want to increase their knowledge in sync and rights holding. This year and next she has multiple films and TV shows coming out including Tara Reid’s new film “American Christmas”, MTV’s “Cribs”, “Diary”, and much more. Morenike Joela is a Director, Writer and Creative Executive Producer who is passionate about both comedy and drama projects that are compelling, provoking and have heart. She recently directed an episode of the hit Disney series BUNK’d and the new Netflix series “Family Reunion,” a multi-cam comedy for Netflix created by Meg DeLoatch starring Loretta Devine, Richard Roundtree and Tia Mowry. She also directed “Deadly Dispatch” a drama/suspense feature for TV One starring Tamala Jones and Dominique Perry that premiered in July 2019.
Her work directing Season 1 of the Google-funded digital series GODCOMPLX won the Jury Award at the 2017 Diversity En Cannes Short Film Showcase and earned her an Outstanding Director nomination at 2017 LA WebFest.
Also an emerging screenwriter, Morenike Joela was one of 10 Writer/Directors nationwide selected by the Producers Guild of America to be a 2018 Master of Diversity Workshop Fellow for her original scripted project“FAB.”
She transitioned to scripted television after an impressive career producing entertainment and cultural lifestyle programming for MTV News, BET, NBC,TNT, OWN,TV One and PBS.
